Sophonie has a moving testimony which connects her with many in ministry. Sophonie is a support and creative leader who has a revolutionary educational impact on lifelong learning through inclusive teachings and creative contents. Sophonie enjoyed growing up in Haiti where she started singing from a very young age. She developed a love for singing and is a worshiper at heart. Sophonie has been serving in ministry for over twenty years.

She is an Alumna of Miami Dade College as well as Florida International University. Sophonie has worked in the Education sector for over fifteen years and is an experienced ESOL teacher. Overall, Sophonie balances work life and ministry with joy and ease because God showed her His purpose for her calling in both.

​In 2014, Sophonie founded Zepha Praise, which was established to help students stay motivated; now, Zepha Education equips its audience to teach, learn and serve to bridge the gap. Sophonie is also the founder of this brand new conference "Girl, you Got a Story to Tell!" also inspired from a women conference she attended in 2019. Then she began a new chapter in coaching, teaching women who desire to conceive how to patiently wait on God and avoid frustrations. Just last year, in 2021 she launched this new coaching business, Laurore Coaching. Now officially Zepha Education & Laurore Coaching, LLC.  She resides in Massachusetts with her husband Ronald and two children Jhaneen and Roldan.
